DUTCH VANDERVLUCHT, PASTOR
A native of Toledo, Pastor Dutch had been president of a large building services firm for more than 10 years when he felt called to leave the world of business to focus on helping the church become a community of spiritual discovery and transformation in Jesus Christ.
He and wife Cindy moved to Findlay in 1992 to be the pastors of New Life. In the years since, the church has grown, and so has Pastor Dutch’s ministry. In addition to his work at New Life, Pastor Dutch coaches pastors and church planters and travels regularly to develop international church leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Evangel University and a master’s in church leadership from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He and Cindy have two adult children and four grandchildren.

CINDY VANDERVLUCHT, CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR
Cindy Parrish VanderVlucht, who majored in early childhood education at Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri, has overseen New Life’s programming for children and youth since 2012. She and husband Dutch have been married for nearly 40 years.
Cindy also shares the Communion message each month at New Life and enjoys tying these messages to her everyday life, and especially life with her four grandchildren. Working part-time at a local art gallery as a designer and custom picture framer is both a creative outlet and a nice change of scenery from busy church life.
Favorite vacation spot: “A family camp on a lake in Canada where I’ve gone since I was a child with my family. Now, Dutch and I are going with our kids and their families.”
